Brooke Gilder, MSW is a strategic nonprofit consultant with 15+ years of experience in grant strategy, fundraising growth, and organizational development.
Known for securing funding, strengthening systems, and guiding mission-driven teams toward sustainable impact, Brooke brings both the technical expertise and the genuine commitment that this work requires.
She works with a wide range of organizations — from small grassroots groups to established regional nonprofits — across sectors including environmental justice, education, housing, health, arts, and Indigenous rights. What they all have in common is a commitment to their communities and a need for a trusted partner to help them grow.
When she's not working with clients, you'll find her outdoors, deeply invested in her own community, and always reading something about the intersection of systems change and storytelling.
